Memorial Day in Park City


It's Memorial Day in Park City, Utah – a time to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. The city of Park City has plenty of ways to pay tribute. From parades to memorial services, there is something for everyone to enjoy on this special day.

If you're looking for way to pay tribute to those who have served, try visiting the Park City Military Cemetery. The cemetery is located at 1750 Kearns Boulevard and offers incredible views of the Wasatch Mountains. The graveyard is home to numerous gravesites honoring our nation's fallen heroes, including a memorial wall for those lost in Vietnam. It's also an opportunity to learn more about the heroic men and women who have served in our armed forces.

Another way to pay tribute on Memorial Day is by attending one of Park City's many organized services. On May 25th, there will be a service at the Veterans Memorial Park, located at 1601 Kearns Boulevard. The ceremony will feature guest speakers, as well as a presentation of the colors. There will also be a moment of silence to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
