With lift access across the street a free city bus stop right out front shared amenities and walkable access to dining shopping and groceries this condo is perfect for guests who want effortless access to everything Park City has to offer without the hassle of driving or parking.
We believe that LOCATION is the standout feature of this condo. Conveniently situated within walking distance to Main Street the ski lifts and everyday essentials including a grocery store Starbucks and ski bike and outdoor gear shops everything you need is right at your doorstep. For exploring beyond the immediate area the free Park City city bus stops directly in front of the building making it easy to get around town without moving your car. With parking reservations now required at Park City Mountain Resort the ability to walk to the lifts is a major advantage and eliminates parking stress entirely.
You are able to walk to and from Park City Mountain Resort in under five minutes with the resort parking lot directly across the street. The closest lifts you will arrive at first include First Time 3 Kings Eagle Crescent Express and Payday giving you quick and convenient access to the mountain.
Inside the condo offers a comfortable and functional living space designed for relaxing after a full day on the mountain. The living room features cozy seating and a flat screen TV making it a great place to unwind watch your favorite shows or plan the next day’s adventures. Complimentary high speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home with ample counter space cookware and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A dedicated dining area provides a comfortable place to gather enjoy meals and share stories from the day.
Edelweiss Haus offers excellent shared amenities including a common area heated pool, hot tub, and sauna that is perfect for soothing tired legs after skiing hiking or biking. The pool and hot tub are closed seasonally each year from mid September to end of November.
Beyond the condo Park City offers year round adventure. In winter enjoy world class skiing and snowboarding just steps away. In the warmer months explore scenic hiking and biking trails festivals boutique shopping art galleries and a wide variety of dining options all easily accessible from this central location.

PARKING
-Common parking is available in shared lots located at both the front and back of the building. 2 parking spots max. Parking passes provided.
During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.
Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
